Visual IdentityInternational Xinomavro DayThe efforts made by the Winemakers of North Greece to promote abroad Xinomavro, a wine variety of distinctive taste value, created the need for a visual identity. On this account, we were asked to design the logo of this highly idiosyncratic Greek variety. Having made a thorough study, we were led to an interesting visual game, which results from the inventive use of the lower case Greek letter "ξ", designed in such a way as to invoke the image of a bunch of grapes, combined with strong contrast. The impressive result won the client’s vote of confidence.
