The swan image was chosen as a symbol of grace, beauty and love. Concepts that have led to its widespread use in confectionery, where sugar is a trademark.
It is a symbol so prevalent that it has been used in the design of everyday objects, like sugar containers. Part of the letter "S" invokes the shape of the swan and constitutes a perfect starting point for creating a brand that ascribes unique values to the company: Authenticity, due to the original design, reliability, safety -since the chosen symbol is already widely used in the world of sugar- and beauty, which promises satisfaction and delicious taste.
