TΗE CLIENT. With a dynamic and continuous presence in the Greek food and beverage retail market since 1976 and a total of over 330 stores currently across the country, Diamantis Masoutis SA is rightfully considered one of the strongest super market brands. A chain with tremendous potential, which is still on a growth trajectory, constantly increasing its turnover, managing, at the same time, to maintain the human-centered culture that characterizes it since its inception.

THE TASK. The company entrusted to us a great project, which we found inspiring right from the start: the entire editing process (organization of topics, content writing, design) of a quarterly edition, which is distributed within the expanded network of its stores, 4 times a year, one each season.

All along, the aim of the publication was to enhance the brand's resonance, to additionally strengthen the long-standing relationship of trust and intimacy enjoyed by its loyal consumers, to function as a tool to promote supermarket products more effectively, placing emphasis on PL products, and to offer useful and… delicious content, consisting mostly of recipes. Its name? To Periodiko Mas (Our Magazine)!

MIXING THE BEST INGREDIENTS. To Periodiko Mas (Our Magazine) quickly found its identity and a place in the hearts of the readers. It became an essential part of the shopping experience in the Masoutis stores, a guide for a pleasurable customer experience, it has gained people’s love through the variety and abundance of its delicious recipes and has become an inspiration for everyday meals.

In fact, the variety of its subjects has expanded over the years, while from issue 35 and onwards, we gave it a refreshing twist. To Periodiko Mas (Our Magazine) changed, its content was enriched and re-introduced to the public, more communicative and interesting than ever!

An ode to contemporary gastronomy, one of the most prevalent trends of the time, has remained at its core. Our team undertakes the task of suggesting recipes for each issue and after the company Diamantis Masoutis SA selects the best ones, we proceed to the visual editing, the concept of the respective photo shoot and the food styling.

But the story does not stop there. The content broadens and touches on various aspects of modern life. The eclectic material now spreads over more pages. The issues become more bountiful. A luscious, high-standard issue of upgraded quality, where emphasis is given to the smallest detail that makes the big difference: to the paper, the cover, the careful design. With large print runs and increased circulation throughout Greece, it is available at every Masoutis supermarket but also outside the network of stores, as a supplement in Greek national newspapers.

To Periodiko Mas (Our Magazine) has been an exciting project for our team since day one. We consider it a dynamic, versatile publication that speaks to an extensive reading audience in numerous ways and has become a part of their daily lives.

And above all? It has succeeded in becoming a favorite member of the Masoutis’ big family. It is yet another reason for people to enter the store and get a publication full of inspiration for a tastier daily routine and a better life!
