Visual IdentityThis is BrittenThroughout our longstanding collaboration with the Thessaloniki Concert Hall Organization, we have undertaken numerous projects. This is Britten focuses on the visual identity of a tribute concert dedicated to Benjamin Britten. The aesthetic approach we chose to follow explores the torment of religious doubt alongside the relentless pursuit of redemption and freedom—themes that permeate the audience’s experience throughout the performance. Based on two iconic song cycles by Benjamin Britten, inspired by the poetry of William Blake and John Donne, the Thessaloniki production takes on a narrative dimension, telling the story of a man struggling with addiction while confronting the decline and loss of his father, in an emotionally charged journey between realism and hallucination.
